In a recent seminar hosted by BRFOnline, Neeraj Aswani, Head Purchase & Sourcing at Naval Group India, emphasized the company’s commitment to India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self-reliant India) initiative.

The company positions itself as a vital link between Naval Group and the Indian industrial ecosystem. They aim to leverage Indian expertise and capabilities for upcoming projects.

Naval Group India is eager to collaborate with qualified Indian companies, particularly Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This collaborative approach seeks to explore new opportunities and support upcoming defense programs currently under discussion with the Indian Ministry of Defence.

Aswani’s presentation at the BRFOnline seminar highlighted Naval Group India’s commitment to the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative. The company seeks to co-develop and co-produce defense equipment in India, fostering technological self-reliance.
