Indian Air Force has ordered an inquiry into the Barmer MiG-29 Fighter Jet Crashes. The Air Force has said that during a late night training mission in the Barmer sector of Rajasthan, a technical fault occurred in the MiG-29 of the Indian Air Force, due to which the pilot had to eject from the aircraft. The pilot is safe and there is no report of any loss of life or property. Orders for a Court of Inquiry have been given.

The pilot of the MiG was found fallen about 10 km away from the incident spot. The pilot was taken to the hospital. After that the officers took him to the airport station. An eyewitness of this incident has told that the MiG-29 Fighter Jet was coming towards the ground very fast. It was on fire. It seemed that it was going to fall on the village but the pilot of the MiG-29 Fighter Jet took it away from this village with a population of 15 hundred.

Another eyewitness has told that the place where the MiG-29 fighter jet fell is just three kilometers away from there, there is also the Mangala Terminal Process Unit of Crude Oil in Nagana. If the Air Force pilot had not saved the village and the unit, a very big accident would have happened. As soon as this jet fell, there was a huge explosion.

An eyewitness said that it was around 10 o’clock. We were sitting outside and eating food at a distance of about 600 meters from the incident spot. Suddenly there was a loud explosion and sound was heard. The explosion was so loud that it seemed that lightning had struck somewhere. After 10 minutes, smoke was seen rising towards the fields far away. We saw the burning plane. Even after falling on the sand, the plane was burning very fast.
