In a significant boost to India’s aerospace ecosystem, Dynamatic Technologies Limited has entered into an agreement with Aequs Pvt Ltd, awarding them a contract for the supply of complex parts for the Airbus A220 Door Program. This partnership not only strengthens the collaboration between these two Indian companies but also marks a key milestone in the ‘Make in India’ initiative.

Under the terms of the contract, Aequs is set to manufacture and supply over 200 intricate components for the A220 aircraft doors. This involves a comprehensive process including tool design, forging, precision machining, and surface treatments, highlighting Aequs’ capability in handling complex manufacturing tasks.

Udayant Malhoutra, CEO and Managing Director of Dynamatic Technologies, commented on the collaboration, expressing that by leveraging Aequs’ diversified capabilities, they are further advancing India’s aerospace ecosystem, ensuring precision, quality, and reliability in line with global standards.

Aravind Melligeri, Chairman and CEO of Aequs, emphasized that this partnership reflects the maturity of India’s aerospace industry and its integration into the global supply chain, showcasing the potential of Indian companies in complex component manufacturing.
