- Gearboxes: Essential for managing the high torque requirements of eVTOL propulsion systems.
- Motors: To ensure efficient and powerful electric propulsion.
- Inverters: For converting DC power from batteries into AC power for the motors, enhancing system efficiency.
- Related Systems: Including control electronics and possibly battery management systems tailored for aviation use.
This partnership is poised to leverage Sona BLW’s expertise in precision manufacturing and automotive components with The ePlane Co.’s innovative approach to electric aviation.
