While the Pakistani foreign Office is yet to comment on India testing Nuclear-Capable Agni-IP last month but Pakistani Defence Analyst Brig Imran Malik have called it alarming development in the subcontinent that can tilt response time in India’s favor due to a new missile that he calls more as a Pakistan specific missile development by India rather than China specifics.

Malik asserts that Agni-P being ready to fire missiles due to integration of the canister container makes it far more deadly and reduces response time of the Indian Army and by making it harder to detect and with improved mobility it can be anywhere and can be used anytime.

Malik also called for the development of a similar canister-based ballistic missile by Pakistan to improve its own response time and match India’s conventional and nuclear ballistic missile technology.
