Pakistan Army, which purchased 350 T-80UD main battle tanks in the late 1980s, is considering returning at least 44 Made in Ukraine tanks to Ukraine, as Pakistani Military Controlled Complex is making money by supplying cheap ammo to Ukraine via Germany, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
Pakistan Army operates T-80UD main battle tanks, at least some of older lot were due for upgrade and overhaul but were kept in reserve due to Ukraine war but finally agreed to transfer them in exchange for a significant sum that will also allow them to procure more VT-4 Main Battle Tanks from China.
Pakistan recently delivered Anza MkII MANPADS to Ukraine via Poland, and it previously delivered artillery shells to Ukraine via the United Kingdom. The Pakistani militia complex has also received orders for RPGs and ammunition.
