In a recent incident, the Border Security Force (BSF) successfully apprehended a Pakistani intruder. The individual, identified as Mohammad Sohail from Fainslabad, was captured as he crossed into Indian territory at approximately 8:40 am, according to BSF authorities. Krishan Kumar, the Company Commander of the 144th battalion, reported that the intruder did not possess any documents at the time of his apprehension by the vigilant BSF jawans.

In response to this intrusion, the police have taken action by registering a case under the Indian Passport Act and Foreign Act. These legal measures are necessary to address the violation of Indian territorial integrity and ensure appropriate legal consequences for the intruder.
