According to CNN-News18, For the first time, India will train Afghan diplomats at the Indian Embassy in Kabul, indicating New Delhi’s positive bilateral relations with the Taliban-ruled country.  the four-day training programme for Afghan diplomats will take place between March 14 and March 17.

Participants in the training programme are Afghan Foreign Ministry officials who have recently joined Taliban cadres.

The move is a first step towards strengthening relations between the governments of both countries.
In June of last year, India re-established its diplomatic presence in Kabul by establishing a technical team in its Kabul embassy.
