Organisers of Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) 2018 announced that several major Aerospace companies have confirmed and signed up for forthcoming International Airshow to be hosted at Sakhir Air Base, Kingdom of Bahrain, from 14-16 November 2018.

Among Aerospace companies who confirmed their participation, India’s Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has already booked a large space at the Exhibition Hall to jointly showcase LCA, LCH, HTT-40 and ALH Dhruv to the prospective clients.

Bahrain International Airshow has been gaining a formidable reputation as an important business even in the middle east. In 2016 BIAS saw the International debut of India’s Light Combat Aircraft -Tejas developed by ADA-HAL which received wide-scale appreciation from participants due to its excellent Air display.

BIAS officials who had visited India earlier this year to participate in India’s AeroIndia 2017 had officially requested India to again send Light Combat Aircraft -Tejas along with ALH-Dhruv Aerial display team to participate in BIAS 2018.

India is yet to confirm if India’s Light Combat Aircraft -Tejas will participate in BIAS 2018 but it is also true that last time India agreed to send LCA-Tejas due to several requests made by BIAS officials and somewhere even from the highest levels of the Kingdom.
