On Friday, Indian Air Force Chief Marshal Chaudhari flew a combat training mission in Rafale aircraft with his son Sqn Ldr Mihir V Chaudhari . The flight signifies the finest traditions of the IAF, and shows how much they value preparing young leaders for the challenges of the future.

Marshal VR Chaudhari, the IAF chief, had also visited the Eastern Air Force’s Operational Base and engaged with the security personnel stationed there. His visit was part of an effort to encourage personnel for their efforts in securing the Nation’s airspace at all times.

“The IAF chief also noted that to prepare a military officer for a future war, technology, training and education are paramount.” With the use of modernized training methods and devices, the armed forces should be able to prepare to face current and future threats from enemies.
