Activists from the Free Balochistan Movement (FBM) staged a protest at Hannover, Germany, against Pakistan’s nuclear weapons which were tested in Balochistan on May 28, 1998. Members of the FBM demand the removal of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons. They also demand a probe into the effects and aftermath of nukes in Balochistan.
One FBM activist at the protest said, ‘Pakistan has occupied Baloch land on March 27, 1948, and since then, Baloch people are suffering from various atrocities. We are here to inform everybody around the world that there are some humans on the corner of the World who are called Baloch who are suffering from a complete genocide. Pakistan is killing our people.’
